Automotive Collision Field Operations Manager

CSN Collision is a leading provider of collision repair services in Canada, with over 230 centres across the country. Our team of experts is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and quality repairs to our customers.
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team in Ottawa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of field operations staff and providing support to our licensees in the Eastern Ontario and Quebec region.
The Field Operations Manager will be the primary point of contact for our licensees in the region, providing guidance and support to help them grow and perform. The role will involve working closely with other departments within CSN to ensure that our licensees have access to the resources and tools they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of field operations staff to ensure that our licensees receive exceptional service and support.
- Provide guidance and support to our licensees in the Eastern Ontario and Quebec region.
- Work closely with other departments within CSN to ensure that our licensees have access to the resources and tools they need to succeed.
- Develop and implement strategies to help our licensees grow and perform.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that our licensees are meeting their targets.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in the collision repair industry.
- Must be bilingual (French/English).
- Post-secondary or trade school education with a focus in business or a field related to the collision repair industry is an asset.
- Minimum 3 years' experience with OEM procedural lookup as it applies to estimating.
- Minimum 3 years' experience with Canadian industry estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell).
- Must always have a valid driver's license.
- Travel will be required to meet with stores, attend industry events, attend training meetings, and meet with corporate staff at the head office in Oakville, Ontario.
- In-person meetings with CSN Licensees are expected to represent 40-50% of the employee's time, with 20-30 days per year requiring overnights.
