Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Chief to join our team at Paul Davis. As a Crew Chief, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and ensuring that all emergency services activities are completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technicians in responding to emergency services activities
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Act as a liaison between the team and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication
  • Conduct crew training and coaching to develop skills and industry knowledge
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and expendables, including MSDS sheets on assigned vehicles
  • Perform on-call duties, both on-rotation and on-demand
Requirements
  • Valid Ontario G class Driver's License and a clean driving record
  • Police check required before employment commences and must be maintained while employed
  • Industry experience and certifications in water restoration, applied structural drying, fire & smoke, asbestos worker, and asbestos supervisor
  • Knowledge of practices and procedures of water, fire, and mold trades
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently and in collaboration with management
