Quality Assurance Role for Advanced Security Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team focused on creating and enhancing cutting-edge security products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for network security, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with quality, robust, user-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough QA testing on network components, working with switch/router configurations.
  • Test a comprehensive on-premises security software suite, including network and endpoint security integrations and compatibility with various third-party devices.
  • Develop, run, and maintain manual and automated test suites.
  • Perform end-to-end testing, defect tracking, and report analyses.
  • Collaborate with product, development, and other QA teams to improve system stability.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in QA, especially in network/endpoint security products.
  • Proficient in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP protocols, and network equipment setup.
  • Experience with testing software on devices, along with communication protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux, Python, SQL, and VMware (Hyper-V, KVM a plus).
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and scripting skills.
  • Motivated team player with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
