Job Summary

We're seeking a Product Manager for Buyer Experience to join our team. As a key member of our Focus Categories team, you'll work on eBay's Item Details page and partner closely with Product Managers leading Focus Categories.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve buyer experience for Focus Categories.
  2. Lead experiments to test hypotheses and identify solutions that improve conversion rates and engagement.
  3. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and objectives.
  4. Work with design, engineering, and analytics teams to design, develop, and launch product features that drive growth and engagement.
  5. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features and experiments.
  6. Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders across the company.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of product management or strategy consulting experience with e-commerce experience preferred.
  2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  4. Experience running experiments to test hypotheses and identify solutions to improve conversion rates and engagement.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  6. Experience working in an agile development environment and delivering products iteratively.
