Parts Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Parts Technician to join our team at 1st Stop Auto Parts. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for maintaining our retail parts and accessories displays, processing incoming requisitions, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, process incoming requisitions, and prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, advise on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts, and handle cash transactions.
- Display Management: Set up displays of retail parts and accessories, and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Shipping and Receiving: Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, and ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a related field.
Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
