About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to oversee, lead, and coordinate parts activities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the parts team in a dealership organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Lead all Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Product Support: Provide customer-focused product support to drive parts sales efficiency.
  • Department Performance: Ensure departmental profitability and overall department performance.
  • Market Planning: Market, plan, and initiate all parts department functions.
  • Talent Development: Assist with the attraction, retention, and effective engagement of department personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Parts Department operations, with experience in leading and developing others.
  • Candidate Profile: Currently holding a Parts Manager role or a senior Parts Technician looking to guide significant growth and development of a department.
  • Skill Set: Exemplary customer service skills, results-oriented with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and empathetic nature.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
