Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Works Superintendent to join our team at Kaayu Technologies. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Project Monitoring: Overseeing the progress of construction projects, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets.
- Contractor Coordination: Collaborating with contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution, resolving any issues that may arise, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Procurement and Inventory Management: Managing the procurement and inventory of construction materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring that all necessary resources are available to support project delivery.
- Communication and Reporting: Preparing and submitting regular project reports, updates, and correspondence to stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned with project progress.
- Operational Support: Providing operational support to the construction team, including assistance with tasks such as carpentry, maintenance, and repairs.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a construction or project management role.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
