Job DescriptionAs a Retail Store Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you will play a crucial role in the success of your store every day. Your decisions will directly impact business results, and you will continuously develop and empower your team members.
Roles and Responsibilities- Front End Supervisor: Manage store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive shopping experience.
- Production Supervisor: Oversee the processing of donations, manage inventory, and optimize store displays.
- Community Donation Supervisor: Foster strong relationships with local nonprofit partners, increase donation intake, and promote sustainable practices.
