About the Role

PepsiCo Beverages Canada is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Merchandiser. As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products are displayed and stocked on store shelves, promoting sales and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Pepsi products into store shelving, racks, coolers, and displays using manual or powered equipment.
  • Support the execution of store promotions by ensuring all shelves are filled and promotional materials are maximized.
  • Collaborate with Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to provide top-quality servicing of all Pepsi accounts.
  • Maintain back-room stock in neat and orderly condition.
  • Rotate out expired products to ensure freshness of Pepsi products.
Requirements
  • You must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or be currently enrolled in a Professional studies Diploma/ Degree program.
  • You must hold a valid Class 5 driver's license and have access to your own vehicle.
  • You must be physically fit, as lifting large items up to 50 lbs. is part of the job.
  • You must enjoy working independently and be self-motivated.
  • You must have excellent time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior merchandising or customer service experience.
  • Previous grocery store experience.
