About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security and Governance Manager to join our team at BCAA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership in information security and governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and policies to protect BCAA's assets and data.
  • Lead and manage a team of security professionals to ensure the effective execution of security initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies, and provide recommendations for implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain a risk management program to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the security of BCAA's cloud infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement a security awareness program to educate employees on security best practices.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the security of BCAA's systems and data.
Requirements
  • CISSP certification or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in senior security roles, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Experience in AWS cloud environments and cloud security posture management.
  • Experience with EDR and SIEM environments.
  • Experience with CSPM tools and cloud guardrails.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
