Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Manager to lead our environmental programs and projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental science and management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective environmental strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Environmental Program Development
    • Develop and implement environmental programs and projects that align with the company's mission and goals
    • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for environmental improvement
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement environmental strategies
  • Project Management
    • Manage multiple environmental projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
    • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
    • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and community groups
    • Communicate environmental program results and progress to stakeholders
    • Provide training and support to internal teams on environmental best practices
  • Reporting and Compliance
    • Develop and submit environmental reports to regulatory agencies and stakeholders
    • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies
    • Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or related field
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in environmental management, consulting, or a related field
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and policies
    • Excellent communication and project management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
