We are looking for a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team at Balmoral Renovation. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of carpentry work on our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare layouts in accordance with building codes, utilizing measuring tools.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
- Prepare tenders and quotations for carpentry work.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
- Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
- Scheduling and coordinating work on sites.
- Surveying building locations and levels.
- Instructing apprentices.
- Supervising other workers.
- Estimating costs and materials.
- Maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
Working Conditions:
