Top Skills Construction Inc. is a leading construction company that values hard work and dedication. We are currently seeking experienced construction laborers to join our team as site operations specialists.

Job Description:
  • Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year

We are looking for individuals with a secondary school graduation certificate and relevant experience in the construction industry. As a site operations specialist, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, mixing and pouring concrete and asphalt, leveling earth to fine grade specifications, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Loading and unloading construction materials from trucks and equipment
  2. Mixing and pouring concrete and asphalt according to specifications
  3. Leveling earth to fine grade specifications using various tools and equipment
  4. Paving and raking asphalt to ensure smooth finishes
  5. Assisting in demolishing buildings and structures
  6. Performing routine maintenance work on construction equipment and sites
  7. Directing traffic at or near construction sites
