As a Healthcare Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare in Ontario. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive improved health outcomes, experiences, and value. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve health outcomes, experiences, and value

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to our leadership team
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to drive change and improvement

Requirements:

  • CPA designation or working toward is an asset
  • Masters degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent education/experience
  • Eight years progressive Healthcare Management and financial management experience at a senior level required
  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading/managing teams (direct or indirect), utilizing relationship building and management skills
