Lead Level Designer

Accoravillage is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Level Designer to join our design team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of our game's main and secondary missions and levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with directors to supervise and oversee the design and implementation of game missions and levels;
  • Work closely with artistic, technical, and narrative teams to create high-quality missions and game levels;
  • Mentor the level design team, providing regular feedback and guidance;
  • Support production and testing teams in preparing and organizing consumer test sessions;
  • Establish the roadmap for each task required for mission and game-level design;
  • Communicate progress and challenges with game directors;
  • Monitor and assist in the development of tools required for mission and game-level creation;
  • Work with game design team and director to achieve desired quality and player experience;
  • Oversee the creation of mission and game-level documents;
  • Communicate progress and needs to involved departments;
  • Establish procedures, standards, and best practices for mission and game-level creation.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in the video game industry as a mission and level designer;
  • Experience in level and mission design fundamentals and constraints;
  • Excellent technical knowledge of production stages;
  • Leadership skills, proactivity, and commitment to working with different professions;
  • Flexible work schedule.
