Senior Lead Game Designer

Behaviour Interactive is seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Game Designer to join our team in Montreal. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for driving the creation and delivery of high-quality games that exceed our players' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a design team in the development of innovative game mechanics, characters, and user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with producers, design directors, and other leads to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain game design documents, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive game development forward.
  • Manage the performance of direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior lead role on at least 3 released titles.
  • Proven track record of delivering online multiplayer games.
  • Experience managing design teams and driving game development forward.
  • Deep understanding of the video game industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and creative skills.
