Business Analysis Lead

Infosys Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement through effective analysis and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:- Interface with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions
- Apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design
- Deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module and lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams, business users, and executives
- Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the telecom industry
- Skilled in using business analysis methodologies and tools, such as data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, data visualization tools) and requirements management tools (e.g.,)
- Ability to communicate effectively by telephone, email, or face-to-face
