About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Brand Representative to join our team at Abercrombie & Fitch in Burlington. As a Brand Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of store presentation, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Provide personalized service to customers, anticipate and respond to their needs, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor: Maintain a high level of store appearance, including visual merchandising and inventory management, to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
  • Communication: Develop strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management through effective communication, active listening, and a positive attitude.
  • Asset Protection and Shrink: Maintain a secure and organized store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures to prevent loss and protect assets.
  • Policies and Procedures: Familiarize yourself with and adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth and success of the team.
