Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality hair services, including blowouts, braids, and up-dos
  • Shampoo and style hair using various techniques and products
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a salon environment
  • Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays, and be flexible with scheduling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of hair care products and services
