About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our retail leadership team at Mejuri. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales: Develop and implement store business strategies, drive sales growth, and maximize results through effective customer service and sales techniques.
  • Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in coaching and developing a high-performing team, build strong relationships with team members, and promote a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Operations: Support the maintenance of visual and operational standards, assist with scheduling, and manage office and cleaning supply inventory.

  • Experience as a leader in retail, sales, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and data-driven decision-making skills
  • A desire to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Tactical thinking and ability to navigate a fast-paced environment
