Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Crosstown Food Market. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and that stockroom is organized and tidy.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied.
- Merchandising: Ensure that store displays are visually appealing and that merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
