Supervisory Role for Security Professionals

One Step Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Guard to join our team. As a Senior Security Guard, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security personnel, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Security Personnel: Oversee the daily activities of security guards, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Develop and Implement Security Procedures: Create and implement security procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide Training and Guidance: Provide on-the-job training and guidance to security personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Conduct Regular Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the security team's work areas to identify any potential risks or hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with security personnel, management, and customers to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Security Guard License: Must possess a valid Security Guard License.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role or a related field.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Security guard agency.
- Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week.
- On-the-Road Job: Yes.
