Job Title: Senior Financial Accounting Advisor

At NBC, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accounting Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Accounting - Banking Products sector, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an expert on accounting for banking products, including deposits and loans, with a focus on the Commercial Banking sector.
  • Control the quality and integrity of financial information related to banking products.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of tools and work processes to optimize accounting treatments and financial information.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data, investigate variances, and make necessary corrections.
  • Participate in projects integrating new products or activities, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus 7 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree in a related field, plus 5 years of relevant experience.
  • CPA designation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with excellent knowledge of Excel and the SAP environment.
  • Leadership, independence, strong work ethic, and curiosity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in plain language.
