About the PositionIn this critical role, you will contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality ABA programs that transform the lives of children with autism. Your expertise will inform our approach to supporting children with complex needs.
Main Responsibilities- Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that cater to the unique requirements of each child.
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimal outcomes.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Evaluate program effectiveness regularly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Behavioural Analysis, or a related field.
- Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) certification required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with autism or similar populations.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Vulnerable Sector Screening and Professional Liability Insurance current.
- First Aid, CPR, and CPI certification an asset.
