At ServiceMaster Restore Victoria, we are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our restoration team. As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in the reconstruction and renovation of damaged properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install building materials, including wood, drywall, and fixtures.
  • Repair and replace damaged structures and components, ensuring structural integrity and safety.
  • Install and repair cabinets, doors, windows, trim, and other fixtures.
  • Collaborate with restoration technicians, project managers, and subcontractors as part of a team effort.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Carpenter in the construction or restoration industry.
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools relevant to carpentry work.
  • Strong knowledge of building materials and techniques.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or apprenticeship in carpentry is preferred.
  • Own tools and equipment required for the job.
