Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team at ServiceMaster Clean of Chatham, Windsor & Sarnia. As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • General cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
  • Cleaning of washrooms and refilling dispensers
  • Emptying garbage and recycling
  • Wet cleaning of horizontal surfaces
  • Spot cleaning of walls and glass
  • Sanitizing touchpoints
  • Additional tasks as requested
  • Establishing positive rapport with clients when possible
  • Providing an exceptional level of service that exceeds client expectations
  • Conducting all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate in English both written and verbally
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a variety of settings
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Availability to work consistent weekend shifts
  • A vehicle to commute to work locations
  • Criminal record check
  • Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial
