Job Title: Light Duty Commercial Cleaner

About the Job

As a Light Duty Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients. Your duties will include general dusting, vacuuming, and mopping, as well as cleaning of washrooms and refilling dispensers.

Responsibilities
  • General cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
  • Cleaning of washrooms and refilling dispensers
  • Emptying garbage and recycling
  • Wet cleaning of horizontal surfaces
  • Spot cleaning of walls and glass
  • Sanitizing touchpoints
  • Additional tasks as requested
  • Establishing positive rapport with clients when possible
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Conducting all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies
Requirements
  • Must be a driver with a reliable vehicle
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a variety of settings
  • Ability to work consistent weekend shifts
  • Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is an asset
