About the Role

We're seeking an experienced professional who can effectively manage customer relationships, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities for growth. You'll work closely with various teams to launch and nurture customer accounts, contribute to marketing efforts, and drive improvements to our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with 50-75 clients, focusing on meeting retention goals and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Analyze performance metrics, assess client satisfaction, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers, manage day-to-day requests, and ensure seamless delivery of our services.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by supporting campaign planning, execution, and training collateral.
  • Lead client satisfaction initiatives, cultivating trust with partners through regular communication and account management.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer success, account management, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Fluency in both English and French, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, Teams, and other relevant tools and technologies.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
