We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Northwest Employment Works. As an Executive Operations Assistant, you will provide critical support to our President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Strategic Policy, Planning and Quality (SPPQ) team.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to, reception, travel arrangements, meeting minute-taking and distribution, scheduling appointments, and drafting correspondence. You will also assist in handling confidential or sensitive information and knowledge of applicable data privacy laws.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 and/or a post-secondary education in Secretarial Arts or office administration.
  • Two years' experience in an office administration setting.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

You must be able to work flexible hours when required and be willing and able to travel.
