About the Role:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely dispensing of medications
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet patients' needs
  • Counsel patients regarding new and additional medications in a friendly and professional manner
  • Lead by example and promote a culture of excellence within the pharmacy department

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and coach others. You should also have excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of professionalism.
