About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Moonfleet Poultry Services as a Poultry Processing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient processing of poultry products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Slaughter livestock and remove viscera and other inedible parts from carcasses
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a noisy, dusty, and physically demanding environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
