  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to employees to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate and assign work tasks to employees, ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Reliability and ability to work as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word skills.
Work Environment:

The Operations Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on productivity and quality. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
