Job Title: Early Childhood Educator Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at Sam-Jeong Employment Services Ltd. As an Early Childhood Educator Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our child care centre and contributing to the development of young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Engage children in activities that foster their curiosity and creativity, such as storytelling, singing, and arts and crafts.
  • Support children in developing good habits, including eating, dressing, and using the bathroom.
  • Prepare healthy snacks and ensure the environment is safe and welcoming for children.
  • Observe and record children's progress, sharing insights with early childhood educators and supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment that promotes children's health, security, and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a child care setting.
