Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Trade Sales Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Trade Channel, you will provide critical support by developing strategies that enable and optimize sales performance. Your responsibilities will include:

Trade Customer Support & Reporting
- Standardize Trade Customer Reviews and support Sales Leads with relevant data.
- Assist with the Monthly and Quarterly Trade Executive Reviews.
- Analyze housing reports and compare them with MCL Rough-in data.
- Agency support and collaboration.

Sales Programs & Data Management
- Lead COOP Programs and communicate updates regularly.
- Oversee Trade Display Process Management.
- Monitor and update Trade RCCM, KPIs, and Agency KPI reports monthly.
- Collaborate with the Sales Analyst to generate and review Trade sales reports.

Business Intelligence & Strategic Support
- Manage metrics and analytics to ensure the right reports and dashboards are available for leadership and sales teams.
- Work with Trade Sales teams to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support Delta & Brizo program management, collaborating with Sales, Finance, RSMs, and BDMs.
- Develop a repository for sales programs and presentations.

Sales Operations & Event Management
- Track and update the Sales Events & Activities Calendar.
- Monitor the COOP approval process.
- Perform other trade-related duties as assigned.
