Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team at Conviron Germany GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in streamlining and maturing our business processes.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for capturing issues and engaging internal and external partners to resolve them efficiently
  • Oversight of ongoing enhancements, configuration, and maintenance of the Kinetic system and its integrations to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business processes
  • Management of testing across all business areas for system upgrades, patching, and other maintenance tasks
  • Management of test scripts for each business area to support upgrade testing
  • Collaboration with Integrators to ensure testing of integrations during upgrades, managing issues and fixes to meet deadlines
  • Staying abreast of the latest ERP trends and technologies, recommending improvements to the system as needed
  • Leading the Process Change Council to align change impacts across cross-functional business teams, managing testing and approvals of these changes
  • Collaboration with department managers and IT/IS staff to identify and review requirements
  • Facilitating and participating in designing solutions to customize Kinetic and integration functions to meet organizational needs
  • Partnering with Integrators to ensure ongoing support for continued enhancements to the overall Fusion solution
  • Maintenance of up-to-date documentation for the LMS system, aligned with newly approved customizations through the Process Change Council
  • Identification of training and support requirements for end-users of the ERP system
  • Development and maintenance of system documentation, including standard operating procedures and user manuals
