About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Solutions Manager to join our global brokerage team at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our commercial clients, driving business retention, and building strong relationships with our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage a designated portfolio of commercial clients, providing proactive and reactive support to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Renewal Cycle Management: Review client accounts at renewal, taking the necessary steps to place coverage required by the client, remarketing when necessary, and adhering to binding authority set out by carriers.
  • Policy Administration: Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of service and ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to clients, working closely with Account Executives to bind new business.
  • Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date with new products and policy changes, consistently acting to upgrade your insurance market knowledge and expertise.
About You
  • Experience: 5+ years of commercial insurance brokering experience required.
  • Certifications: CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other relevant certifications/designations highly valued.
  • Licenses: Active and in good standing provincial license required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop deep relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Personal Qualities: Solution-oriented, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
