Develop and Maintain a SAM Roadmap to Anticipate Renewals and Saving OpportunitiesDevelop and maintain a software asset management roadmap to anticipate renewals and saving opportunities.
Requirements- 3-5 years of experience working in a similar position
- Hands-on experience implementing/maintaining a software asset management tool
- Experience creating effective license positions in large environments with complex infrastructures
- Familiarity with software asset management standards such as ISO
- Experience working with complex datasets
- Analytically and strategically minded with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently in an effective and organized manner
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Experience working in an environment with formally structured IT operational processes: work request ticket management, incident management
