Bilingual Sales and Operations Management Trainee

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Sales and Operations Management Trainee to join our team. As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee, you will be responsible for developing consumer and commercial customer solutions, managing our large inventory of world-class vehicles, and generating new business leads.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage and maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring complete satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented and detail-focused, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Valid Class G/Class 5 driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicles
- Ability to travel as necessary within the district
