Bilingual Sales and Operations Management Trainee

Penske is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Operations Management Trainee to join our team. As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee, you will be responsible for developing consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts, managing our large inventory of world-class vehicles, and generating new business leads.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels, balance fleet productivity, and ensure profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including Fortune 500 companies
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented, attention to detail, and good time management skills
- Valid Class G/Class 5 driver's license and willingness to drive Penske vehicles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
