Forest View Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Weekend Psychiatric Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our psychiatric unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care and support to individuals with psychiatric conditions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Forest View Hospital is a private 108-bed psychiatric facility serving children, adolescents, and adults. We are licensed by the State of Michigan and fully accredited by The Joint Commission. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and support in a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications

  • Current license to practice nursing in the state of Michigan (or eligible to receive or renew)
  • Current CPR or BLS certification
