We are currently looking for a Shipper to join our team in Hawkesbury, Ontario, reporting to the Shipping Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Receive and process outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
  2. Verify accuracy of orders and ensure correct quantities and items are included in each shipment.
  3. Package products securely to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Label shipments with appropriate shipping labels and documentation, including packing slips, bills of lading, and customs forms as required.
  5. Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and cycle counting.
  6. Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
  7. Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient shipping environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with shipping regulations and customs documentation is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as required.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
