Head Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at Max Fuel Distributors Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and mentor a team of cashiers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Assign Sales Workers: Effectively manage the sales floor, assigning tasks and duties to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Hire and Train: Recruit and train new staff members, ensuring they meet the company's standards and expectations.
- Authorize Returns: Make informed decisions regarding merchandise returns, ensuring customer satisfaction and company policies are upheld.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service, promoting and selling merchandise to meet sales targets.
- Resolve Issues: Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring stock levels are optimal and minimizing waste.
- Manage Cash: Accurately handle and manage cash transactions, ensuring security and minimizing losses.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 40 hours per week.
