General Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Store Manager to join our team at Westland Beauty Supplies Ltd.
Job Summary:The General Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Staff: Supervise and train a team of retail staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and preferences, and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement pricing and credit policies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
- Staffing: Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and train staff as needed.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
The General Store Manager will supervise a team of 5-10 staff members.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:The General Store Manager will work in a fast-paced environment and must have excellent attention to detail.
