Job Title: Food Services Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Director to join our team at Krawchuk Enterprises Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food services department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Human Resources: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting their job expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary supplies are available when needed.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our food services department.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Urban area.
  • Work Hours: 173.33 hours per month.
  • Supervision: 11-15 people.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Accounting software, Electronic cash register, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Point of sale system, Spreadsheet.
