Job Title: Food Services Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Director to join our team at Krawchuk Enterprises Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food services department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate the performance of team members and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our food services department.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills.

Work Environment: Our food services department is located in an urban area, and the successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
