Regulated Pharmacy Technician Role Overview

At London Drugs, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care and service. As a Regulated Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacists and pharmacy manager in the daily operations of the pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist pharmacists and pharmacy manager with daily operations, including customer service, telephone inquiries, and general housekeeping duties.
  • Operate the pharmacy computer and assist in the processing of prescriptions and preparation of prescriptions.
  • Involve in ordering and receiving drug orders and management of the pharmacy department inventory.

Requirements:

  • Registration with the College of Pharmacists in the province of employment is mandatory.
  • Good interpersonal skills when dealing with clients, staff, and management.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter with a high level of enthusiasm.
  • Ability to relate to all levels of customers and their needs.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work as a team player and have a team approach.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Experience preferable.

Work Schedule:

As a Regular Part-Time employee, you will be scheduled a minimum of 1456 hours per year, up to 40 hours per week, as needed. Applicants must be available to work a flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday.
