Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our team at Boiling Point Group. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service and hospitality in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the front of the house and back of the house staff with needs as requested to satisfy customer and store requirements.
  • Ensure cleanliness in the dining area, including removing dishes from tables and taking them to the kitchen for cleaning, refilling sauces, and cleaning sauce containers as needed.
  • Set up tables in preparation for the next customer.
  • Assist in preparation of food items in the kitchen as needed.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties of the restrooms.
  • Stock service areas with supplies.
  • Maintain personal health and sanitation standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Boiling Point Group's code of ethics, integrity, and conduct.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of food retail experience in a fast-paced environment, specifically as a busboy or food runner.
  • Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to multitask and work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules.
  • High School diploma preferred.
  • All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process.

Work Environment:

  • Work will be conducted in a kitchen and restaurant environment.
  • May encounter temperatures ranging from 32 degrees to 425 degrees around equipment.
  • May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces.
  • Noise level in the work environment is frequently loud.
