Nursery Manager

GP Nursery Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursery Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring the highest quality of care for our plants and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and coordinate events, programs, and activities to promote the growth and development of our plants.
- Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including pruning, weeding, and fertilizing.
- Manage and supervise landscape construction work, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of work completed, including materials used and labor hours.
- Repair and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a nursery or landscape setting.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
