Key Responsibilities

GFT's Technology and Operations division is seeking a highly skilled Technical Systems Engineer to support the HR Incentive Compensation Technology team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in C#.NET, SQL Server, and Microsoft Access technologies, with experience in generating reports, debugging system issues, and recommending system optimizations.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain technical solutions using Microsoft.NET (C#), SQL Server, and Microsoft Access technologies
  • Automate deployments using DevOps processes and tools
  • Design and implement unit tests to ensure high-quality code
  • Collaborate with the team to upgrade infrastructure, including operating system updates and database version upgrades
  • Participate in and assist with Azure implementations

Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree or College certificate in an IT-related discipline with 2 years of experience in C#.NET
  • Experience with SQL Server and Microsoft Windows
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and experience implementing processes on Microsoft Azure
  • Exposure to building DevOps pipelines and automating deployments

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with JIRA and mainframe skills with JCL and SYSIN on zOS
  • Familiarity with Linux and Oracle
  • Experience creating test plans, writing and executing test cases, and documenting results
