Job Summary:

Agropur is seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead to join our team in Truro. As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance systems to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Collaborate with the Production Team to identify and address maintenance issues, and develop solutions to improve equipment reliability.
  • Lead the development of 90-Day loss-elimination plans to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coach and develop Production and Maintenance Teams on shift to ensure technical expertise and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Red Seal Industrial Electrician ticket or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of plant computerized maintenance management systems.
  • Passion for systemic solutions and effective communication.
  • Lead Hand experience or experience coaching and coordinating Maintenance Team members.
